We were each given a headset, so even if you did momentarily loose the guide (as there are lots of visitors) you can still hear the commentary. Would happily recommend.”

Guide Julien was excellent, he knows how to captivate you with stories of the sun king and his offspring. The benefit of this ticket is that you can also enjoy the Gardens and the Grand Trianon. interestingly the small Trianon wasn't part of it but we got in for free anyway. We were given plenty of time to stay and visit more of the gardens after the tour. This tour also included transportation by train from Paris. The original meeting point was under construction and we were sent an email as to the new meeting place. The handler was very friendly. Once in Versailles it was quite a long hike to the actual palace from the train station, you will also need to return to the train station after the tour. This tour requires lots of walking, 5+…”

“breakfast was delightful and so cool to sit in a room at Versailles for a meal. amazing experience! staff was great and showed us where to enter to wander around the beautiful castle. we had another activity planned at 2:15 so we had to rush through the endless rooms and we skipped the garden. we should have planned to spend more time. great value for the money. would book again for sure.”
