The criticism is directed to the tour instructions, which are inaccurate and misleading. One, ID or passport copy is not required. DO NOT BRING THEM. Two, small umbrellas are permitted - because the instructions said no umbrellas, we left the umbrellas in the hotel. As a result, we got wet today and no matter being well dressed, froze to death because of the wetness. This is the 2nd trip in 2 days, where the instructions are incorrect or misleading. Big, big criticism…”
