“This was to have been an audio guided tour, but we were not told that it would be a download to our cell phones or that we would have to have our own earbuds to have the tour be private to us. In addition, one of us didn’t have a cell phone, so didn’t get to do anything. Other grouis on The same bus got quiet boxes and earphones and many of us got essentially nothing usable.”

“Se supone que era un tour por la ciudad por los lugares más importantes, pero tenían una actividad en el Moulin Rouge, entonces después de que se bajaron los de la actividad, se olvidaron de los que quedamos en el tour y ya no continuaron con la actividad, se pasaron la mitad de los monumentos. No les recomiendo que hagan el último tour porque ya se quieren ir seguramente. Además pagué por el crucero en el Río Siena y dijeron que no tenían espacio para hoy y me dijeron que fuera de nuevo otro día, y era mi último día en paris. Tuve una pésima experiencia en general.”

“The audio guide didn’t flow you had to select each recording when you got to that area but the guide got off the bus half way through the tour so you had no idea where you were and no1 to tell you which recording to listen to. Nothing against the driver or the guide but there needed to be a guide for the whole tour and the bus itself was uncomfortable. Not good value for money.”
